Hi there, I'm Lee Khoza - I'm an entrepreneur, a published author, a mom, sister, friend, motivational speaker and I'm really passionate about personal behaviour change.

My journey through personal transformation inspired me to create this coaching ecosystem that blends warmth, clarity, and purpose.

 

Through my inspirational memoir and signature programs, I share both lived experiences and professional insights to help others break free from patterns that no longer serve them.

Writing became the only way I could make sense of the world. Breaking Ties, A Journey through Codependency is more than a book - it is my testament to courage. It’s a raw, reflective account of navigating codependency patterns and reclaiming selfhood.

Through storytelling, I’ve discovered the power of turning vulnerability into strength and offering others a mirror for their own journeys. I hope that this work helps you feel seen, supported, and inspired as you step into your own transformation.
